1109.01 PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN VILLAGE BUILDINGS.

Smoking shall not be permitted in any buildings owned or controlled by the Village. This prohibition shall include, but not be limited to, City Hall, the City Garage and the Community Center.

For purposes of this section, “smoking” includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or any other device designed and intended for smoking tobacco products.
