929.13 CHANGE IN CUSTOMER.

Each sewer service permit applicant shall give written notice to the Village upon any change in ownership of any improved property. The applicant shall give written notice also of any change in tenancy and the applicant shall be liable for any sewer user charges that may accrue prior to the notice of vacation of premises.
