905.14 REPAIR OF RAILROAD TRACKS AND ADJACENT PAVING.

Railroad companies shall make such repairs to their tracks which cross or are located in public ways and the paving adjacent thereto as may be required by the Director of Public Works, within thirty days of receipt of notice from the Director.
