905.09 DISTURBING BARRIERS ON CLOSED STREETS.

When any street or alley in the Municipality has been closed for the purpose of constructing, repairing, paving, sewering or otherwise improving it, no unauthorized person shall take down or disturb any barriers that may have been erected on any such streets or alleys.
