905.05 PLACING BUILDING MATERIAL TO INTERFERE WITH ONE-WAY TRAFFIC.

Nothing contained in these Codified Ordinances shall be construed to permit any person to place any building or other material in any street or alley of the Municipality in such a manner as to interfere with or prevent one-way vehicular traffic.
