761.16 TAX CONSTITUTES DEBT DUE MUNICIPALITY.

Any tax, penalties or interest due and payable under this article shall be a debt due the Municipality and shall be recoverable in an action brought in the name of the Municipality for the recovery of such tax, penalty or interest.
