737.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE LEVIED.

No person shall, without a license, engage in or prosecute, within the Municipality any of the businesses, activities, trades or employments named in the following sections of this article. The license tax hereinafter specified is hereby levied on every person engaging in or prosecuting, within this Municipality any such businesses, activities, trades or employments.
