SECTION 2.3 QUALIFICATIONS.

Prior to his or her election, the Mayor shall be a citizen of the United States and the State of West Virginia and shall be a resident and qualified elector of the Village of Barboursville, West Virginia and shall remain a resident of the Village during his or her term or terms of office.
