In additional to any administrative civil penalty which may imposed by this article, whoever violates any provision of Section 733.28 may be criminally charged in Municipal Court and if convicted may be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). In addition to the foregoing penalty, whoever knowingly swears to or verifies any false or fraudulent statement, with the intent provided above shall be guilty of the offense of false swearing and shall be punished in the same manner as provided by law. Any corporation, for which a false return or a return containing a false statement provided above shall be made, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
