No person shall unlawfully and intentionally make physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with a police officer or unlawfully and intentionally cause physical harm to a police officer of this Municipality or attempt to commit a violent injury to a police officer of this Municipality or unlawfully commit an act which places a police officer of this Municipality in reasonable apprehension of immediately receiving a violent injury.
