513.10 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF VIDEO LOTTERY TERMINALS.

(a) Finding of Fact.

(1) Pursuant to West Virginia Code 29-22B-1101, the legislature limits the number of video lottery terminals that may be located in the State of West Virginia to 9,000.

(2) Based upon the population and demographics of the Village, it is appropriate proportionately to limit the number of video lottery terminals that may be located with the municipal boundaries.

(b) The total number of video lottery terminals located within the municipal boundaries of the Village shall not exceed twenty. (Ord. 5-17-05.)
