(a) No person, not a student in regular attendance, shall loiter in or about any school, school building or school grounds in violation of any posted rules or regulations governing the use of any such school without written permission from the principal. (WVaC 61-6-14a)
(b) No person shall loiter within 1,000 feet of Barboursville High School, Barboursville Elementary School or Barboursville Junior High School. No person shall follow or accompany pupils of these schools on the public streets, without the permission of the teacher or supervisor in charge of such pupils.
