373.10 RIDING BICYCLE, SKATEBOARD OR ROLLER BLADING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

No person shall ride, operate or use, upon any sidewalk or other public property within the Municipal limits, any bicycle, skateboard or roller blades.
