303.17 DISPOSITION OF TRAFFIC FINES AND FORFEITURE.

All fines and forfeitures collected upon convictions or upon the forfeiture of bail of any person charged with a violation of any of the provisions of this Traffic Code or other traffic ordinances shall be paid into the Municipal Treasury.
