The Court, pursuant to its authority, does establish the following schedule of the bonds to be imposed for the violations of the various listed offenses against the Codified Ordinances of the Village, in the event a person wishes to exercise their right to forfeit appearance in Municipal Court. Court appearances award the Judge the discretion to impose fines as he/she deems appropriate.
