There shall be a Barboursville Senior Center Advisory Board that shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of City Council. The Advisory Board shall consist of the following members:
(1) 2 seniors representing the membership of the Senior Center.
(2) 2 citizens of the Village.
(3) The Principal of the Barboursville Elementary School.
(4) 1 pastor of a church located within the Village, and
(5) The Mayor.
The mission of the Advisory Board shall be to provide the utmost care and attention of the senior community for health, awareness and fellowship activities year after year.
