929.24 CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND PENALTIES IN MUNICIPAL COURT.
   In addition to, and not in lieu of, any administrative remedy or judical enforcement provisions provided in this article, any person who intentionally violates provisions of this article shall constitute a criminal misdemeanor, and be subject to a criminal warrant or citation in municipal court as provided by Article Six of the Charter in the Codified Ordinances of the Village, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Every day or portion thereof that a person fails or refuses to remedy a violation shall be considered a separate offense.
