929.16 DOMESTIC WASTEWATER AND WASTEWATER QUALITY, GENERAL PROHIBITIONS.
   All users will only discharge to the sewer system domestic wastewater. No user shall introduce or cause to be introduced into the Village sewer system any pollutant or wastewater which causes pass through or interference. These general prohibitions apply to all such users whether or not they are subject to categorical pretreatment standards or other national, state or local pretreatment standards or requirements. No user will deliver industrial or non-domestic wastewater without the consent of the Village. No user shall maliciously, willfully or negligently introduce or cause to be introduced any hazardous noxious material, or pollutant to the sewer system that constitutes a hazard to human or animal life, violates any pretreatment standards and requirements, violates a West Virginia NPDES permit, violates any terms of the Wastewater Treatment Agreement between the Village and Pea Ridge Public Service District, or violates any federal, state or local laws, including the Clean Water Act (33 United States Code [U.S.C.] section 1251 et seq.) and the general pretreatment regulations (Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] Part 403.
