105.04 DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY SERVICES.

The Emergency Services Advisory Council, provided for in Section 105.03 hereof, is hereby authorized to appoint a Director of Emergency Services, who shall perform such duties as are imposed upon him by this article and as are delegated to him when not contrary to other ordinances of the Municipality.
