1323.02 GENERAL DESIGN CRITERIA.

The facades of townhouses in a group shall be varied by changed front yards and variations in materials or designs so that no more than two (2) abutting townhouses will have the same front yards setback (minimum variation in setback shall be two (2) feet and the same architectural treatment of facades and roof lines).
