(a) Total Lot Area: No multifamily development is to have an area of less than one acre. All multifamily developments shall meet all set-back, lot coverage and parking requirements of Table 1B. The difference in lot size and gross land area per multifamily unit shall be allocated to open common area. Each multifamily unit shall be separated from an adjacent multifamily unit by a fire wall.
(b) Tract Frontage: Each interior parcel or tract used for a group of multifamily units shall have a width of at least 100 feet and each corner parcel or tract shall have a width of at least 120 feet.
(c) Length of Multifamily Units: There shall be no more than six nor less than three units in a row. No more than six units in a single building in a row.
(d) Lot Frontage: See Table 1B.
(1) Yards: See Table 1B.
(2) Height: See Table 1B.
(3) Open space: common open space and/or common recreation area(s) consisting of a minimum often percent (10%) of the gross acreage shall be provided. No more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the required open space may be water. (Ord. 2015-7. Passed 11-3-15.)
