715.13 PROHIBITED ACTS.

(a) No pawnbroker shall purchase or take any article in pawn or pledge from any person appearing to be intoxicated.

(b) No pawnbroker shall purchase or take any article in pawn or pledge from any person known to have been convicted of theft. The Police Department will provide a current list of such criminal convictions to all pawnbrokers located in the City.
