At the time of each transaction, the pawnbroker shall obtain a photocopy of the state issued identification of the person involved in the transaction. If no such identification is available, the pawnbroker shall photograph the person in color and record the customer's name, residence address, date of birth, social security number, gender, height and weight and attach the information to the photograph.
