715.10 HOLDING PERIOD FOR ALL PAWNED OR PURCHASED PROPERTY.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, pawn shop licensees shall hold all property, whether pawned or purchased, for a minimum period of 30 days prior to any disposition thereof. (Ord. 2015-2. Passed 6-4-15.)
