(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) A person who owns or is in possession or in charge of a dangerous building, and who allows the building to remain dangerous for as long as 10 days after receipt of the notice specified in § 150.07, may be fined not more than $1,000. Each day following the tenth day after receipt of notice that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
