§ 94.02 REGULATED PARK USE.
   Any use of the park for fund-raising, for profitable events, and for any activity for which a fee or admission charge is exacted, sponsored by any person or group defined in § 94.01 above, shall be subject to the following regulations:
   (A)   If a malt beverage is sold, or provided for a requested usage, the person or group requesting the usage shall apply to the city for a special malt beverage beer license which application shall specify the date or dates applied for, the activity planned, the hours of activity and the civic, charitable, educational, or fraternal organization putting on the special event. The fee for such license shall be $5 per day which shall be submitted with the application, and shall be non-refundable.
   (B)   The person or group must purchase all malt beverages from the municipal liquor store, at a price to be determined by the liquor store manager.
   (C)   If the special event shall possibly run past 11:00 p.m. of any scheduled day, the person or group shall provide licensed security of appropriate number determined by the City Council, which shall be on duty from 9:00 p.m. and on.
   (D)   The person or group shall be responsible for cleanup and all costs related to damage of park property.
   (E)   The city shall specify any other rules or regulations it sees fit in conjunction with any specific event.
