§ 77.99 PENALTY.

Upon any act constituting a violation of this chapter or a failure to comply with any of its requirements, the offender, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed $50. Each day that any of the provisions of this chapter is violated shall constitute a separate offense.
