(A) When respective signs are placed in certain streets, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours of l:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on any of the streets described in Chapter 75 Schedule II, attached to and made a part of this chapter. This section shall not apply to automobiles or other vehicles if their owners are at work in the building, or on the premises, near which the vehicles are parked.
(B) When respective signs are placed in certain streets, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., on school days upon any of the streets described in Chapter 76 Schedule II, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
