(A) Violations of any provision listed and set forth in § 70.50 of this traffic code, shall be subject to the applicable fine as set forth in § 70.51.
(B) Violations of any provision of this traffic code for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty, as set forth in § 10.99.
