When respective signs are placed in certain streets, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than one hour at any time between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets described by the town from time to time. A change of position of vehicle from one point directly to another point within the same block, shall be deemed one continuous parking period.
