When respective signs are placed in certain streets, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than two hours at any time between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets described in Chapter 76 Schedule II, attached to and made a part of this chapter. A change of position of vehicle from one point directly to another point within the same block, shall be deemed one continuous parking period.
