§ 72.03 BACKING VEHICLE TO CURB PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   In no case shall a vehicle remain backed up to the curb, except when actually loading or unloading. If the vehicle is horse-drawn, the horse or horses shall stand parallel to the curb and face the direction of traffic.
