(A) No person shall operate a vehicle on a street or highway within the town at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions then existing.
(B) Unless otherwise provided in this section or in Chapter 75, Schedule X, the speed limit on all public streets within the corporate limits of the town shall be 25 miles per hour.
(C) The speed limit on any NCDOT street within the corporate limits of the town shall be as posted by NCDOT.
