§ 71.48 TURNING, PROCEEDING IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION.
   No driver shall turn any vehicle and proceed in the opposite direction within the business district, except at street intersections. No vehicle, however, shall make such a turn at certain street intersections as described in Chapter 75 Schedule VI, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
