§ 71.06 CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES.

Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, or any toy vehicle, shall not attach the same, or himself, to any public conveyance or moving vehicle upon any roadway.
