(A) Separate meters required. Each building, house, dwelling unit, or commercial unit shall be metered separately.

(B) Property of town. All meters, meter boxes, and other equipment furnished and used by the town in making any electrical connection shall be and remain the property of the town.

(C) Maintenance. All meters shall be maintained by the town; however, all meters furnished by particular users shall be maintained by the town at the expense of the particular users.
