Any person, firm, or corporation desiring connection to be made with the town electric power system shall make application in writing to the Superintendent of the Electric Light and Power System, stating the name of the owner of the lot; the location of the lot; and the number and kind of connections desired.
Every application shall be signed by the person making the application and shall be accompanied by the appropriate connection fee.
