1064.07 DESIGNATION OF TRAXLER FAMILY ARBORETUM.

(a) The lands acquired by the City for park purposes located on Stoney Ridge Road formerly known as the Traxler Family Limited Partnership property is hereby designated and officially named the “Traxler Family Arboretum”.

(b) All references to this park land, including, but not limited to, maps and all other official documents, shall bear the designation, identification and name: Traxler Family Arboretum.
