1480.04 STREET PARKING REGULATIONS.
   No person shall park a trailer in or upon any public street in the City for a period longer than four hours during any twenty-four hour period, nor shall any person park a trailer on any street in the City between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:30 a.m., except in the case of an actual emergency. Any trailer parked on a street in accordance with this section shall be placed so as to be off the traveled portion of the street. If an actual emergency prevents the moving of a trailer off the traveled portion of a street, such trailer shall be clearly marked so as to provide adequate warning to all persons traveling on such street.
