1468.02 PERMIT APPROVAL; POLICE SUPERVISION; ROUTES, HOURS AND PRECAUTIONS.
   Before a permit for moving a structure or building is issued, it shall be approved by the Director of Public Safety. Whenever it is deemed necessary in the public interest, the Director may require that such moving operations be conducted under the supervision of such number of patrolmen as is reasonably required to safeguard persons and property during the course of moving operations. A charge of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per hour for such police supervision shall be made. The Director may prescribe, in writing, reasonable conditions, requirements, routes, precautions and the day and hours of the day during which such moving operations shall be conducted, as deemed necessary in the public interest. All moving operations shall be performed in conformity therewith.
