1224.01 PURPOSE.

This Chapter sets forth the powers and duties of the Zoning Enforcement Officer, City Architect, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning and Building Appeals and City Council, with respect to the administration of the provisions of this Planning and Zoning Code.
