(a) Ward One is bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of the City; thence along the westerly corporation line of the City to the centerline of the French Creek; thence east-southeasterly along the centerline of the French Creek to the Centerline of Detroit Road; thence easterly along the centerline of Detroit Road to the centerline of Wisteria Way; thence southerly along the centerline of Wisteria Way to the centerline of Lilac Lane; thence easterly along the centerline of Lilac Lane to the centerline of Garden Drive; thence southerly along the centerline of Garden Drive to the centerline of Lakeland Drive thence westerly along the centerline of Lakeland Drive to the centerline of Stoney Ridge Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Stoney Ridge Road to the centerline of Kinzel Road; thence easterly along the centerline of Kinzel Road to the centerline of State Route 83 (a.k.a Center Road); thence southerly along the centerline of State Route 83 to the south corporation of the City; thence westerly along said south corporation line to the southwesterly corner of the City, said point being the place of beginning of Ward One.
(b) Ward Two is bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the northwesterly corner of the City; thence easterly along the north corporation line of the City to the northeasterly corner of the City thence southerly along the east corporation line of the City to the centerline of Detroit Road thence westerly along centerline of Detroit Road to the centerline of the French Creek thence west-northwesterly along the centerline of the French Creek to the western corporation line of the City; thence northerly along the west corporation line of the City to the northwest corner of the City, said point being the place of beginning of Ward Two.
(c) Ward Three is bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the centerline intersection of Detroit Road and Wisteria Way; thence southerly along the centerline of Wisteria Way to the centerline of Lilac Lane; thence easterly along the centerline of Lilac Lane to the centerline of Garden Drive; thence southerly along the centerline of Garden Drive to the centerline of Lakeland Drive; thence westerly along the centerline of Lakeland Drive to the centerline of Stoney Ridge Road thence southerly along the centerline of Stoney Ridge Road to the centerline of Kinzel Road, thence easterly along the centerline of Kinzel Road to the centerline of State Route 83 (a.k.a Center Road); thence southerly along the centerline of State Route 83 to the south corporation line of the City; thence easterly along the south corporation line of the City to the centerline of Jaycox Road; thence northerly along the centerline of Jaycox Road to a bend in the road at the centerline of Schwartz Road; thence easterly along the centerline of Schwartz Road to the centerline of Jaycox Road; thence northerly along the centerline of Jaycox Road to the centerline of Detroit Road; thence westerly along the centerline of Detroit Road to the centerline of Wisteria Way, said point being the place of beginning of Ward Three.
(d) Ward Four is bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of the City; thence westerly along the south corporation line of the City to the centerline of Jaycox Road; thence northerly along the centerline of Jaycox Road to a bend in the road at the centerline intersection of Schwartz Road; thence easterly along the centerline of Schwartz Road to the centerline of Jaycox Road; thence northerly along the centerline of Jaycox Road to the centerline of Detroit Road; thence easterly along the centerline of Detroit Road to the east corporation line of the City; thence southerly along the east corporation line of the City to the southeast corner of the City, said point being the place of beginning of Ward Four.
