It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully commit any breach of the peace in or upon the property under the control of Board, remove any book, books, manuscripts, periodicals, other materials and supplies of said library without permission of the Board or its librarian, damage, or destroy any such book, books, manuscripts, periodicals or other materials about said library, or injure, damage or destroy any article of equipment, furniture, fixtures or other things about said library building, or disregard any lawful rule and regulation made and imposed by the Library Board.
