§ 10.21 PROHIBITING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES, MOTORCYCLES OR MOTORIZED BIKES IN ANY PUBLIC PARK OR OTHER PUBLIC GROUNDS.
   It is unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle, motorcycle or motorized bike within any public park or public grounds other than on the roadways within the park.
