Subd. 1. Statutory parking privileges for the physically handicapped shall be strictly observed and enforced.
Subd. 2. It is unlawful for any person, whether or not physically handicapped, to park:
A. In a sign-posted fire lane at any time; or
B. In lanes where, and during such hours as, parking is prohibited to accommodate heavy traffic during morning and afternoon rush hours.
