183.13 CHANGES NOT PROHIBITED.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the ordinary maintenance or repair of any exterior architectural feature of any property which has been designated a landmark or which is situated in a designated Landmark District that does not involve a change in design, material or outer appearance thereof, not to prevent any site or building change that the Building Inspector or Division of Fire or Health Authority shall certify in writing is required by the public safety because of an unsafe or dangerous condition.
