183.08 ORGANIZATION AND OFFICERS.
(a) The members of the Landmark Commission shall choose annually one of its number to serve as Chairman for a period of one year or until his successor has been chosen.
(b) The Mayor shall appoint a City employee to serve as secretary of the Commission. The secretary shall keep, or cause to be kept, a complete record of all meetings of the Commission and a detailed record of all transactions dealt with by the Commission. In addition, the secretary shall perform such other functions as the Commission may direct. The Mayor or Landmark Commission may appoint Professional Advisors as requested by the Commission.
