183.07 MEETINGS.

The Landmark Commission shall hold monthly public meetings as may be provided by its published rules kept by the Clerk of Council for public inspection and all such meetings shall be held in City Hall. A quorum shall be a simple majority of the Commission voting members with the proceedings to follow Roberts Rules of Order.
