   (c)   Parks and Recreation Charges.
      (i)   Sunny Lake, Breezy Point and Bicentennial Park rental fees will be waived for organizations listed on the Parks and Recreation Exempted Organization List with a review of this list on a year basis.
      (ii)   Each organization on the Exempted Organization List is required, when a rental is made, to provide a $75.00 deposit to be used as collateral for damage.  This deposit is to be returned at the end of the season.
      (iii)   Each organization shall have either filed with the Secretary of State as a charitable group, or with the State of Ohio as a non-profit group, and be able to produce such documentation.
