SECTION 20.03. SUBMISSION TO ELECTORS.

Council shall submit to the electors any proposed amendments, alterations, and revisions to this Charter, as presented by the Charter Review Commission or otherwise, that Council and the Mayor have approved through the City’s legislative process.
